DANCE WORKOUT WITH SILVI & FANDA

Dance workout is literally a dance workout for non-dancers, during which you will dance, sweat and burn a lot of calories. Accompanied by cool music, you will go from warm-up to dance tracks to a proper workout and final stretching with Silvi and Fanda.

Silvi & Fanda are experienced instructors and professional dancers, under their guidance you will learn how to use your body, coordinate movements and work up a good sweat.
