Starting in September, we’re kicking off another season of Groove Lab with Andy at Sector!

Groove Lab is a regular course focused on groove, foundations, musicality, freestyle, and developing your own movement. Instead of learning one choreography after another, you’ll dive deeper into the foundations, explore your relationship with music, and learn how to feel more natural and confident in your dancing.

The course is perfect for anyone who wants to take their dancing beyond choreography, expand their movement vocabulary, and feel more confident even when there’s no set choreography to follow.
